Water’s Edge Restaurant
The event was a huge success thanks to Water's Edge Restaurant and the more than 50 attendees at MPLC's first “EcoSpiel” gathering. All sorts of wonderful folks came to discuss the preservation of East Cooper’s natural character through
land conservation and other sustainable living measures.
This was an opportunity to network with like minded community members and to hear
brief presentations from local groups and businesses focused on the
future of the natural environment in Mount Pleasant and East Cooper. We heard from the SEWEE Association, Green Roof Outfitters, DwellSmart, SC Green Fair and the Sustainable Warehouse.
Plans are underway for the next "EcoSpiel" gathering in March, so stay tuned!
